SHIPPING
Our primary concern is for the safety of our customers, staff & courier partners. Along with our courier partners, we implement strict hygiene protocol and extra precautionary measures to ensure your safety.
All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and sent from our warehouse in Cape Town, South Africa. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
We currently offer complimentary shipping on orders to major city centres in South Africa, with no minimum requirement. For outlying areas, we charge a standard R95 shipping fee. Kindly expect delivery in 2 – 4 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on international orders of ZAR 3500+ (US$200+). For orders under US$200, we charge a subsidised flat rate of ZAR500 for any destination country. International orders are shipped using DHL Express or Fedex and you will receive tracking details. Shipping may take on average 4-9 business days depending on destination country.
CUSTOMS TAXES
While we would love to make your order & shipping experience a seamless one and reduce any additional costs to you where possible, the buyer is responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
RETURNS
To maintain strict hygiene protocol, we cannot accept returns and do not issue refunds on our products. We may offer a credit in certain circumstances.
